Fibrofor® High Grade

Fibrofor® High Grade provides excellent opportunities for partial or complete replacement of steel(fibres) reinforcement in, for example, indoor and outdoor flooring. The effective fibre distribution increases the abrasion resistance of the concrete surface. This is particularly important for industrial floors. Fibrofor® High Grade is chemically inert and increases the flexural strength of the concrete. In addition to the constructive function of this fibre, Fibrofor® High Grade is also used for early shrinkage reduction. This fibre also has a MRPI®/EPD-certificate which leads to insights in the ECI (Environmental Cost Indicator).

Applications

Fibrofor® High Grade can be used in paving, indoor and outdoor flooring. This fibre is also suitable for asphalt. The dosage for this fibre is always 1 kilogram per m3 of concrete.

Fibrofor® Diamond

Fibrofor® Diamond provides excellent opportunities for partial or full replacement of steel(fibres) reinforcement in, for example, indoor and outdoor flooring with heavier loads or a weak subsoil. In addition, this fibre can also be used in infrastructure, such as roundabouts. The effective fibre distribution increases the abrasion resistance of the concrete surface. Fibrofor® Diamond is chemically inert and increases the flexural strength of the concrete. In addition to its constructive function, Fibrofor® Diamond is also used for early shrinkage reduction. This fibre also has a MRPI®/EPD-certificate which leads to insights in the ECI (Environmental Cost Indicator).

Applications

Fibrofor® Diamond can be used in paving, infrastructure, and indoor and outdoor flooring. The dosage of this fibre is between 2 and 3 kilograms per m3 of concrete.

Concrix®

Concrix® provides excellent opportunities for partial or full replacement of steel(fibres) reinforcement in concrete with high static demands, such as precast concrete elements, infrastructure, indoor and outdoor floors. Concrix® is chemically inert and is the constructive synthetic fibre with the highest E-module and tensile strength. The structured shell ensures excellent anchoring in the concrete. The high number of Concrix® fibres per kilogram and the effective fibre distribution in the concrete offer great advantages in concrete construction, such as reducing the risk of transport damage and spalling. This fibre also has a MRPI®/EPD-certificate which leads to insights in the ECI (Environmental Cost Indicator).

Applications

Concrix® can be used in precast concrete constructions, infrastructure, shotcrete, 3D-printed concrete, indoor and outdoor floors. The dosage of this fibre is between 3 and 6 kilograms per m3 of concrete.
